Buttplug.io setup guide
Mousegun is fully compatible with Buttplug.io. For those who don't know what this is, it basically allows you to connect video games to connected sex toys for... More fun !
This was made thanks to the Gspot plugin.
In this post, I'll explain to you how you can connect your toys to Mousegun.
1- Check for everything
First of all, let's see if you have everything needed for this to work.
You need :
- A Buttplug.io compatible sex toy. Go to https://buttplug.io and check "Supported hardware includes:" to see the list of compatible sex toys. I recommend the Lovense ones.
- A bluetooth connection on your computer. If you don't have one by default, you can always buy a "Bluetooth dongle" online that you connect to an USB port on your computer. This is to connect your toy to your computer.
- Intiface Central. Go to https://intiface.com/central/ and download and install the last version. This is to connect your toys to the game.
2- Test your toys
Once you have everything :
-Activate your bluetooth on your computer (or connect your dongle to an USB port).
-Turn on your toy.
-Launch Intiface Central.
-Click on "Devices".
Once this is done :
-Click on the Play button that you see on the top left of the screenshot above. It should try to connect to something but find no client, this is normal.
-Click on "Start Scanning".
If you have done everything correctly, you should have your toys and controllers being displayed in the list.
Feel free to test their vibrations by moving the sliders and see if everything works correctly.
3- Connect to Mousegun
After testing that your toys works, we'll connect them to the game.
-Don't close Intiface Central !
-Launch Mousegun.
-Go to Options > Controls.
-Click on the "Start" button next to "Buttplug.io". This will connect your game to Intiface Central. Please be VERY patient, this can take a while. It takes up to 2 minutes with me.
-Once it's connected, a "Done !" should be written next to the "Stop" button.
-Chose your toy in the drop down menu next to "Devices".
-Test your toy by clicking on the "Test" button.
-You can also change the power of the vibration at all time during the game by moving the "Rumble" slider.
4- Play the game !
Congrats !
You are now ready to play the game with more... Fun !
You can stop it at any moment by clicking the "Stop" button.

Finally, I made a table of what events in the game makes vibrations, so you know exactly what to expect.

cant get it working anymore it connects intiface reads the server and it just does nothing. it worked the first time
and it only broke after i updated my intiface to newest. i tried the old version again and it didint work anymore either
It takes a while to connect, up to 1-2 minutes, have you waited enough time ?Also make sure you scan for device on intiface before starting to connect in Mousegun.
yeah i waited till it said done. and then clicked test multiple times. i event went all the way in game even though it wasint working and nothing changed. ill prolly try again later but im unsure what the issue is
GOT IT WORKING. i think intiface had read my lovense multiple times so it was connecting to a disconnected device (running theory) so i just had intiface forget device for all of em and it fixed it
