could you make it so when the app is installed on android it makes a com. folder in the android/data directory. that would make it so that android users can edit their saves.
My game stuck on the default game maker loading screen I think I was on the lvl 4 thank you should switch to Godot or unity I know using a new game engine that you never used before maybe is hard just with a Little bit of will power you can make it
If you're going to make a beat style game, then please make sure the beats and everything ACTUALLY LINE UP. I keep pressing the shoot button to the beat, keeping the same rhythm, and it just decides to stop working halfway through the missions. I literally cannot get past mission 2 because the beat no longer lines up.
The rhythm is calculated on a mathematical formula that follows the music precisely (including lagging). The musics all have a constant beat that never changes, which means this kind of issue are technically impossible. There might be an issue with your computer.
does the beat remain the same the entire time? Because I've tried keeping a steady beat and I've tried altering it to what I hear from the music. Both times it eventually goes off track and stops shooting.
I've noticed the same thing happen on mission 2 in particular. I think the game gets a whole beat ahead of the music by the end of that mission.
I don't think it's really possible to sync the gameplay and music unless one actually affects the other. For instance, Mother 3 has the music follow the beat patten in-game. I think a more reasonable approach would be to have certain points where the game resets the beat by checking what timestamp it has made it to in the music.
Given this only happens with some tracks, I'd guess it has something to do with the tempo not matching up with the framerate of the game. Unless the BPM evenly divides 3000 (assuming a fixed update rate of 50), you'd need a different delay between each beat. Common tempos that fail this test are:
The calculation is based on the advancement in the music, it can literally not be off beat. There's a built in function in game maker that check for the position in a song. I put the beat on every half of a second of advancement in the song (120 BPM) (not actual time, pure advancement of the song as it is played, lag included). So technically speaking, it resets the "check" as you say, every single second. If there is lag and the song slows or speed up for some reasons, it would not change anything and the beat would still line perfectly for the simple reason it's locked to the song itself.
Also I composed every single song apart from the one in level 5. And they are all 120 BPM since I never touched on the parameter in PTCollab so that it would make things easier for myself.
Once again, that might be a problem with your machine or something. A problem THIS big wouldn't have gone past under my nose, especially since I had a team of 7 play testers who played the game in full on various platforms.
The music in this game is so goooood!!!! My favorite track by far is "Spacey Beat," it's so melodic and catchy; absolutely love it.
This is such a good game too. I love the art style, the mechanics, the characters, and just everything about this game in general :3. Great job & keep up the good work!! Also I wish u the best of luck with Axyn, very excited for that :3
I liked the game although the last boss fight felt a bit too much and I would have liked it to be a bit less of the bullet hell it was although I'm fine with bullet hells it just was hard to keep the rhythm with all the things you had to do, and although I don't know anything about designing games I feel like instead of having enemies have a random chance of dropping health it would be better to have it be something like you get health on kill or specific enemies only really there to serve as a way to get back health cause it feels to unpredictable in a game about rhythm
Heya, Shinlalala, do you have raw images for the logo and good background images so I can put it on SteamGridDB (so my Steam looks nice when I add it to the game?)
Hi shinlalala! My friend and I really love your game! We are big fans! Do you have a discord? If so, can we join? Аnd if not, can you create one for the fans?
hiya! i made an account just to say this; i love this game!
this is a really fun game & i hope to see more of these characters. i got addicted really fast and beat the entire game. then i beat it again, and again, and again.
please make more of these silly gay rodents, i love em!!!
Good game, but at times it gets very annoying when you slip up a little. the music sounds great but isn't always helping with keeping the beat. cute characters and cool ship designs. 8/10
Never thought I'd masturbate to gay space rats, but here I am. Cool game overall, easy for those who have a good rhythm (aka anyone who isn't me). And I'd have to admit that I used a guide to beat the last stage. I give it a 9.75/10!

this is a lovely game, and I'd play it even if there wasn't anything sexual to do.
Happy you liked it ^^
Or maybe you're "shite" at rhythm games. Thanks though I guess.
Did you overclocked the game somehow ? What platform are you running this in ?
You can't play it on android browsers. Either download the Android app, or play it on computer.
anyone have any other femboi type web games like these? would love it <3

It stays the same from start to finish

I'd have to reopen Game Maker, this could happen, but I'll have to be sure the last update of Game Maker didn't mess things up.

Heya, Shinlalala, do you have raw images for the logo and good background images so I can put it on SteamGridDB (so my Steam looks nice when I add it to the game?)
Here's the background, it's repeating texture
Nice! I could use this.
EDIT: Do you also have the raw image for the two gay rats posing for the main menu? It's for the front cover that you get when you open Steam.
the ship silhouette looks like a leaf of weed. no offense.
